On October 16, 2023, a meeting was held at the Gjirokaster County Prefecture to discuss about the dams that are owned by the respective municipalities in the county. This meeting was an excellent opportunity to present the Albanian Municipality DARE project and to discuss about the existing condition of the dams and the identification of dams that have lost their function.
