On November 17, 2023, a meeting was held at the Dibër District Prefecture, with representatives of Bulqiza, Dibër, Klos and Mat Municipalities. During the meeting, the importance of maintenance, administration, use of reservoirs and safety of dam infrastructure was emphasized. This meeting was an excellent opportunity to present the Albanian Municipality DARE project and to discuss about the existing condition of dams and the identification of dams that have lost their function.
