On November 13, 2023, a meeting was held at the Directorate of Irrigation and Drainage in Lezhë where representatives from Lezhë Prefecture, Mirditë Municipality, Lezhë Municipality and specialists from the Directorate of Irrigation and Drainage were present. During the meeting, the importance of maintenance, administration, use of reservoirs and safety of dam infrastructure was emphasized. This meeting was an excellent opportunity to present the Albanian Municipality DARE project and to discuss about the existing condition of dams and the identification of dams that have lost their function.
