H2H Foundation, in collaboration with North Green Association, participated in the Pop-Up Embassy SWEDEN on Tour fair in Durr\u00ebs \u2013 an activity that promotes cooperation between Albania and Sweden in the field of sustainability and environmental development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our stand was visited with interest by the Swedish Ambassador Mr. Niklas Strom and the Mayor of Durres Ms. Emirjana Sako, where the Active Water II project was presented \u2013 an initiative that aims to monitor, protect and engage citizens for water bodies in the municipalities of Durr\u00ebs, Tirana, Elbasan, Fier and Shkoder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project focuses on raising awareness on sustainable water management, engaging the community and using simple technologies for measuring and assessing water quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
