H2H Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Tirana, the capital of Albania. H2H Foundation seeks to create empowered, knowledgeable, well-trained communities to cope with any kind of challenge and problematic that can be evoked in the context of a rapidly changing, socially, economically, and politically environment. H2H Foundation carries out its activity without restriction, throughout the territory of the Republic of Albania and cooperates with various local and foreign centers, foundations, associations, organizations, and communities inside and outside Albania

Our purpose is to organise activities in the service and help the development of Albanian Society through social, humanitarian, nonprofit activities.

Our mission is to create an initiative for the organized grouping of professionals in different fields, who come together in an unified mission to promote the sustainable development of Albanian communities and socciety.
