On February 19, 2024, the H2H Foundation Team held a meeting at the Water Resources Management Agency (WRMA) for the presentation of the “Albanian Municipality Dam Removal – DARE” project. The purpose of this meeting was to present the main findings up to this stage of the project and discuss the removal of non-functional dams and the identification of river barriers. WRMA representatives were ready to give their contributions for the identification of barriers and the rehabilitation of rivers. This meeting created an opportunity for cooperation with WRMA for projects related to river rehabilitation.

This activity is organized within the “Albanian Municipality DARE (Dam Removal)” project, which is implemented by the H2H Foundation and supported by the Europian Open Rivers Programme.
